Information You Give Us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use this to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers submissions to our email. Formspree handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Email We May Send You
From time to time we may email you about seasonal promotions, project follow-ups, or news about our work. Every one of these emails includes a link to unsubscribe, and we will stop sending them as soon as you ask. We send these ourselves and do not provide your email address to advertisers or list brokers.
Emails responding directly to your inquiry, or relating to a project we are working on for you, are not promotional and will be sent regardless.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Ads conversion tracking on this site. This uses cookies — small files stored in your browser — to understand which advertisements bring people to our site and which visits result in an inquiry. This tells us whether our advertising is working. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
If you arrive here from one of our Google ads, Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to our pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites.
Phone Calls
If you call a number shown in one of our online advertisements, Google may report the length of that call to us so we can measure which ads generate inquiries. We do not record calls.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep project inquiries as long as needed to respond, prepare estimates, and maintain records of work performed. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of the services above.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing info@thedeckgiant.com.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using this site or contacting us.
If you would like us to delete the information you have submitted, email info@thedeckgiant.com and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it as a record of work performed.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
